Primal Ape Print is an online print-on-demand store selling custom printed apparel including T-shirts and hoodies. Our products are printed and fulfilled on demand by third-party print providers based in the United Kingdom.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

3. Products
All products sold on Primal Ape Print are made to order. This means your item is custom printed at the time of purchase and does not exist as pre-made stock.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the printing process.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.
Sizing information is provided as a guide only. We strongly recommend referring to the size guide on each product page before ordering.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
We accept payment via all major credit/debit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.
5. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms we have received your order — it does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
6. Production & Shipping
All orders require 2–7 business days of production time before dispatch.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of the World: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds
Because all products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Change of mind
Incorrect colour or style chosen by the customer
We will offer a free replacement or full refund in the following circumstances:
The item arrives damaged or defective
There is a manufacturing error (wrong print, misaligned graphic, etc.)
The order is lost in transit
Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at [your email address] with your order number and a photo of the issue. You do not need to return the item.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the property of Primal Ape Print or their respective owners and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.
By placing an order, you confirm that any custom design submitted (if applicable) does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Primal Ape Print accepts no liability for orders placed using infringing content submitted by the customer.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
Primal Ape Print’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the item(s) in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our website or products.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
