Made to Order
All of our products are printed to order, just for you. This means your item is created after you place your order — we don’t hold pre-made stock.
Production Time
Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced and dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
For United Kingdom we offer free shipping.

- All orders are printed and dispatched from the United Kingdom.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or busy periods.
- International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control.
Returns & Refunds
Our Policy
Because every item is custom-printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected at the time of ordering
- Change of mind
- Incorrect colour or style chosen by the customer
We strongly recommend checking our size guide on each product page before placing your order.
What We Will Always Fix
We take full responsibility for any of the following issues:
- ✅ Items that arrive damaged or defective
- ✅ Manufacturing errors (wrong print, misaligned design, misprinted graphic)
- ✅ Lost or missing orders that do not arrive
In any of these cases, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
How to Make a Claim
If your order has arrived with an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

You do not need to send the item back to us.
